                               Evidenzlage bzgl. DryNeedling-Therapie 

Wir haben heute ein gut geprüftes Verständnis darüber, auf welchen pathophysiologischen Prozessen die Entstehung von  Myofaszialen Triggerzonen beruht und wie diese an Patient-Innen indentifiziert werden können.
Anhand von labor-medizinischen Studien konnte schlüssig dargelegt werden, wie die Nadelbehandlung ursächlich und nachhaltig bei Schmerzbeschwerden wirkt. 
​Die Evidenzlage zum Outcome von DryNeedling Therapie ist mittels RCTs und Metaanalysen breit abgestützt für verschiedene Körperregionen und/oder medizinische Indikationen.

Im Verlauf der letzten 5 Jahre ist die Zahl qualitativ hochstehender Publikationen rapide angestiegen. Derzeit ist es eine Herausforderung, den Überblick zu behalten.
